The location of these two file is on[Translator++ install dir]/www/addons/sugoiTrans/backend - Paste the file to your Sugoi Japanese Translator installation folder
On[Sugoi installation directory]/Power-Source/Python38/ - Open Windows PowerShall at
[Sugoi installation directory]/Power-Source/Python38/ - Execute enableGPU-latest.ps1 or enableGPU-legacy.ps1 (pick one according to your GPU)
