What You Can Do

Check Your Firewall

Make sure that Windows is not blocking Translator++ traffic.

To exclude Translator++, follow these steps:

Make sure all Translator++ applications are closed.
Press ⊞+R (Windows logo + R) on your keyboard.
Type wf.msc then press Enter.
In the Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security, select Inbound Rules, right-click, and choose New Rule....
Select Program, then click Next.
In the This program path field, choose the Translator++ program from the folder where you installed it.
Select Allow the connection and press Next.
Check all options – Domain, Private, Public – then press Next.
Give the firewall rule a name, for example:
- Name: Translator++
Open Translator++.

Check Your Internet

It’s possible that your ISP is not allowing access to Patreon. You can change your DNS or use a VPN before opening translator++.
